Time went by and the boys stayed friends through moves, different schools, and a one year age difference. They shared a back fence and some very memorable times. One of the boys got sick and his hair began to fall out. So the other boy, who likes to make faces, decided his hair had to come out too.
And so it did.
It took 3 people and two sets of clippers to get that unruly hair off. Now the boys share one thing in common. Smooth lids. But not smooth enough for the funny-faced one.
Nothin' says lovin' like the first time your dad takes a razor to your skull. You just don't ever forget the first time.... Ahhhhhhh......smooth. Boys, the ladies like to rub their hands all over the velvety smooth lid. He highly recommends it.
And they all lived happily ever after........ Not THE END but the BEGINNING.

You ARE loved by many around the world!!! You are handsome with OR without hair, because you are beautiful on the inside! Grandpa will part with his hair in about 2 weeks. We fly this weekend, and we don't want any hassles with security and not looking like his picture!! There WILL be pictures when it happens.
Hang in there. We love you very much.

T-MAN,
We bald men may not have to carry the weight of bushy curls atop our skulls, but we carry a much greater weight, the weight of responsibility. The responsibility that comes with being a sex idol is not easily understood by those with hair. We must not be angry at those with hair, how would they know what it is like to be bald. Unlike us, they don't have to endure the near constant cat-calls from leggy super models. They don't have be careful that they don't slip and fall due to a woman's undergarment that's been flung their way. They don't have to hear, "I want to have your baby," as a casual greeting.
I tell you from hard experience, the road ahead for you as a bald man will not be an easy one. Sure, at first the constant come-ons from hot women may be entertaining. But when you open your curtains in the morning only to find the naked breasts of beautiful women pressed against your window, you will begin to understand the awesome power of the smooth scalp. I only hope that you have the maturity and wisdom to handle such power.
With great baldness comes great responsibility.

Hope you get better soon, Tristan! We miss you in history, haha. :)

Although we have never met, we share a few things in common.
Your mom is a help to you and a help to me in guiding me in the world of politics.
I have been bald since 1999. I mean bald. Not Jon Caldera bald, where he keeps some around to keep his ears warm. I mean bald.
Jon is right; you have the job of making sure the ladies know they can rub your head at any time.
Hope all is going as planned and that you have your meds and such right so you can enjoy a Turkey dinner on thanksgiving.
I do not know how to ad a picture here but I will email your mom one and she can show you what 9 years of smooth top looks like and my lovely wife who likes the smooth top.
I predict once your better, you will keep shaving it like I do.
I get to paint it up for Bronco games too, so you have that to look forward to as well. (Side note, I did paint for Av’s playoff game once, but did not go over as well, with the wine and cheese crowd of Hockey)
